Women Tai chi

 
     
     

Tai chi is seemingly thought of elderly people practicing in the park on Saturdays.  Well its not!  It is a true martial art.  Additionally you must think, how are those people moving so gracefully and looking so relaxed?  Well Tai chi is considered a soft style of the Chinese martial arts.  It is an art applied with internal power.  To distinguish its theory and application from that of the hard martial art styles, Tai chi focuses the mind solely on the movements of the form.  Tai chi helps to bring about a state of mental calm and clarity besides the general health benefits, stress management and self defense attributed to Tai chi training.  Additionally without having the proper instructor you will not receive the full benefits of Tai chi.
