Mr. Steven Crews; “Saint Steven”; The Quiet One       

            Mr. Crews started taking karate lessons under the tutelage of Master Cody when he was about seven years old.  Now more than 20 years later he is an integral part of the Sonoma County Martial Arts Center family.  Mr. Crews has earned the honors and rank of 4th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo and is a certified instructor.  Mr. Crews also teaches kickboxing, boxing, and weaponry.  Mr. Crews has developed his own unique training regiment which he participates in on a daily basis.  Mr. Crews has also paid his dues in the ring.

            The one thing that makes Mr. Crews stand out from most people is his endless patience and caring while he teaches children, children with special needs, and people with disabilities.  Mr. Crews also provides free seminars at schools and courses women’s self defense. 

            Mr. Crews is not only extremely knowledgeable in the science of nutrition but gourmet food as well.  Mr. Crews is very well rounded as a person, as you would expect in someone so dedicated in the martial arts.
